President, Multifamily Solutions: Dennis is one of the multifamily industry’s most highly respected strategic thinkers and visionaries.  His career spans 35 years in the industry, and for the last 17 years he has helped guide the strategy and growth of many of the industry’s most innovative service providers.

Co-founder and former Chief Information Officer, Grace Hill: In 1999 Kara and her partners created what would become the industry’s leader in online education - with their success built upon a culture renowned for innovation, enthusiasm, and camaraderie.  Highly respected within the industry, Kara has earned the reputation as an authority on e-learning, employee engagement, and development.  In 2016, Kara launched Experiment Learning & Talent Development.

Don Canfield 

President and Owner, LinnellTaylor Marketing: LTM is a highly respected public relations and marketing firm specializing in communications strategies for the multifamily industry.  Don is viewed as the industry’s premiere strategic communications professional, and has conceptualized and executed programs for vendor and owner/operator clients for the past 13 years.



Principal, Rocky Mountain Institute: Lily co-founded and leads the Business Renewables Center where she focuses on accelerating the market for corporate renewable energy, as well as exploring new markets for the rapid uptake of renewable energy and developing tools and products for corporate leaders to purchase renewable energy. Lily was designated as a “Face of Renewable Energy” by Union of Concerned Scientists.  She has over 17 years’ experience in sustainability and cleantech investment, including having led Ernst & Young’s Cleantech knowledge management program, and previously managed the Calvert Investments environment and climate change team (including helping launch and manage Calvert’s Sustainability Index, Global Alternative Energy Fund, Global Water Fund, and the first green bond fund strategy).



SVP/LeaseHawk and Partner/ManagInc LLC: Joe is recognized as one of the multifamily industry’s most accomplished consultative sales professionals, having developed a reputation for his passion for helping clients achieve success.  Joe is a senior executive with industry innovator LeaseHawk (the company acquired CallSource, where Joe worked for nearly a decade, including as VP-Multifamily).  Prior to LeaseHawk, Joe was Chief Revenue Officer for ManagInc; he remains a partner in the company.  Before ManagInc, starting in 1999 Joe served as a sales management executive with industry leaders Zillow, SatisFacts (where he was a partner with ManagInc's Doug Miller and Jen Piccotti), CallSource, and Primedia (HPC).  Joe is a staunch and active supporter of NAA and its affiliates, a self-proclaimed techno-geek, a die-hard family guy, and an avid sportsman. Joe graduated in 1998 with a BA in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University - Madison.
