We Practice What We Preach
“Everyone Can Win” is not just a catchy marketing slogan. These three words explain what we believe – and represents the goal we strive to achieve with each client. Our goal is not to make money, it is to truly see everyone win: employees, customers, suppliers, society, and our clients. We are driven to have an impact on society.
We want Corporate Social Responsibility to be a core component of each client's mission. A commitment to the Everyone Can Win® philosophy means the company is working to take care of employees, customers, vendors, and society. ManagInc’s comprehensive CSR platform, direction, and support will help companies evaluate and enhance efforts targeted to meeting the needs of all constituencies it serves.
A company’s commitment is measured by their Everyone Can Win® audit score; award-winning scores validate their commitment and mean everyone is “winning.” Award winners can proclaim with legitimacy that they are a socially responsible company. This means ManagInc's mission for helping clients maximize employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction, recruitment, retention and reputation is being achieved - and the award closes the loop on the Everyone Can Win® concept.
Corporate Social Responsibility Program
We practice what we preach when it comes to Corporate Social Responsibility.
ManagInc wins when our clients, their employees, vendors, customers and society win. We believe we are focused on the right target – impacting society. Financial success will come as a by-product of achieving our mission.
The company donates a percentage of its profits each year to charities that we feel offer meaningful support to society’s less fortunate. Therefore, the more successful ManagInc is, the more we can donate to meaningful causes.
In addition, ManagInc provides team members with additional paid time off and scheduling flexibility so they can volunteer / support causes that are important to them.
